Snorkel with the largest fish in the sea - The Whale Shark! The Whale Sharks come to Holbox Island off the Yucatan coast where the Gulf of Mexico waters and the waters of the Caribbean Sea merge. This nutrient rich (plankton laden) area is where Whale Sharks come to feed in the months of June, July and August. This "plankton bloom" provides the environment for Holbox to have the highest concentration of whale sharks in the world.

We take you in a speed boat directly from Cancun. No long travel time from Cancun to Holbox and overnight stay in a hotel to see the Whale Sharks!

Cancun Hotel Pickup 6:30 AM
You will be taken to Puerto Juarez in Cancun where you will board a high speed boat to go to the area where the whale sharks are. Weather permitting and if conditions are good you will get to view and snorkel with the Whale Sharks

RETURN
Cancun Hotel Return 1:30 PM

It is recommended: A swimsuit under light colored cotton clothing, hat, ecological sunscreen, towel and camera.
