PLEASE NOTE, THAT THE NIGHT DIVES IN CANCUN HAVE BEEN FORBIDDEN BY THE MEXICAN AUTHORITIES SINCE JUNE 2017, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE, UNFORTUNATELY, WE WON’T BE ABLE TO OFFER THIS SERVICE.
Imagine a whole new world that wakes up as the sun goes down. Between the parrotfish sleeping in their cocoon, the coral feeding right in front of you and the big moray hunting in the open, you won’t be disappointed. Squid, shrimp, octopus, crabs, lobsters and turtles are common sights on most night dives.
We do our night dive in a shallow area called Manchones (33 ft/10 m), located in a protected marine park in front of Isla Mujeres.
Any OPEN WATER CERTIFIED diver, whether you are BEGINNER or EXPERIENCED, can do a night dive.
Manta Divers night trip leaves approximately thirty minutes before dusk and returns two hours later. There must be at least four divers to go out, please contact us for availability and exact time.
The Cancun night dive includes the following:

  • 1 shallow reef dive (45 minutes)
  • Underwater flashlight

* Equipment not included ($5 BCD, $5 regulator, $5 fins and mask, $7 wetsuit)
