Service Description

Make the day your way with a private boat in Isla Mujeres. Build a custom route for MUSA (Underwater Museum of Art), a shallow reef snorkel, beach time at Playa Norte, or a relaxed cruise between sites. Your captain and crew tailor the plan for your group, keeping it fun, safe, and easy for first-timers or mixed groups of snorkelers and divers. Check in at 11:30 am at our Isla Mujeres shop. After a fast gear fit and safety briefing, we depart for your chosen sites. Popular picks are MUSA for the submerged sculptures and a nearby shallow reef with clear water and colorful fish. Total time on the water is about 3 hours dock to dock. What is included: all activity gear sized for your group (snorkeling sets and scuba equipment if requested), optional wetsuits, float belts, bottled water, and light snacks. The boat has shade, easy ladder entry, fresh water rinse, radio, oxygen, and first aid. With Manta there are no hidden dock or park fees. Capacity and configuration: up to 10 snorkelers or 8 divers. For every diver you remove, you may add 2 snorkelers, up to the maximum capacity. Mixed groups are welcome, and the route can be adjusted to balance bottom time and snorkeling time. Who can join: snorkeling ages 6+ with basic swim ability. Discover Scuba Diving and certified diving ages 10+ with comfort in the water and a standard medical questionnaire. If any item requires a doctor’s clearance, please bring it so we can dive the same day. Non-participating riders are welcome as part of your private group. Optional add-ons (select during booking): GoPro 12 rental with float grip (deposit handled on site), new mouthpiece to keep, and a photo or video package captured by our team so you can relax and enjoy the ocean. Plan ideas: start at MUSA, then continue to a shallow reef teeming with tropical fish; or swap the second stop for extra time at your favorite site. Calm-water options are available most days, and your captain will choose the best order for visibility and comfort. Helpful notes: bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and a light cover-up.
