The Riviera Maya, is home to miles of incredible limestone caverns/cenotes that were once dry. After thousands of years of dripping rain water, stalagmites and stalactites formed incredible formations that challenge the imagination.
You can snorkel the open area of most of the cenotes we go to or experience a UNIQUE snorkeling excursion in Dos Ojos where snorkelers can swim around in an overhead cavern environment. (To access ALL snorkeling areas of Dos Ojos, a guide is mandatory. It is not included in the price but can be arranged on site.)
The Cenote snorkeling Course includes the following:

  • Snorkeling equipment is included (mask, fins, snorkel and life jacket).
  • There is no boat ride and no current, so no need to worry about seasickness.
  • There must be at least four snorkelers or a trip already planned with divers to go out, please contact us for availability.

Hotel pickup and drop off are included with this excursion. We will have one of our trusted taxi partners pick you up at your hotel around 7:00 AM and you should plan on returning to your hotel between 3:00 – 4:00 PM. After the snorkeling session, food and refreshment will be provided from a local restaurant.
