The PADI Open Water Course with Manta Divers Cancun is the fastest and most exciting way to become a certified diver while maximizing your time in the water. Start at home with PADI eLearning at your own pace, then arrive in Cancun ready to dive straight in. Day 1 – Pool & First Dives Your course begins at 8:30 AM at Manta Divers. After orientation, you’ll spend the morning in the pool mastering essential skills with your instructor. Following a short lunch, you’ll board our boat at 1 PM for your first two open water training dives, practicing what you’ve learned in Cancun’s clear waters. The day ends around 4:30 PM. Day 2 – Final Certification Dives On day two, you’ll gear up early at 8 AM and head directly out for dives 3 and 4, where you’ll refine your skills and demonstrate your independence underwater. After a bit of paperwork, you’ll officially join millions of divers worldwide as a PADI Open Water Diver. Take it further – Open Water+ For those who want more time in the water, the PADI Open Water+ Course includes the full Open Water program plus an additional 2-tank dive trip. This bonus day lets you fine-tune buoyancy, navigation, or air consumption, with extra focus on diver safety and confidence.
