Cancellation Policy

Please review carefully before booking. You will receive two emails from Manta the first will be the booking software and the second will be your itinerary from Manta Divers please allow for a few hours to receive itinerary email (please check your junk or spam folder). If you have not received it from us please send us a quick email to info@mantadivers.com or give us a call. All numbers including whatsapp are listed on the website. CANCELATION AND REFUND POLICY: Any and all cancelations must be received 48 hours in advance of scheduled tour time. Please be aware cancelations must be made 48 hours in advance or NO REFUND. Refunds prior to 48 hours will be charged a 25.00 per person per day cancellation fee. There is no refund for no show. All weather cancelations will be refunded fully. If you have questions about our cancelation policy, please contact us. NOTE PADI COURSES: Manta Divers will retain a portion of your payment for the cost of your PADI eLearning materials as they are NON-REFUNDABLE.
