PADI Scuba Diver (1 Day Course) - ISLA

Service Description

Short on time but want a real certification? The PADI Scuba Diver course lets you earn a lifetime credential in one focused day. Complete PADI eLearning at home, then arrive in Isla Mujeres ready for skills, a calm practice session, and two guided ocean dives on local reefs. All training is in small groups with friendly coaching and clear safety steps. Schedule Check in 8:00 am at our Isla shop. We start with a quick orientation, gear fitting, and an easy confined-water session where you learn breathing, buoyancy, mask clear, regulator use, and hand signals. After a short break, board the boat around 12:00 pm for two training dives that combine simple skills with relaxed reef touring. Finish about 2:30 pm with a short review and next steps. Your new certification After successful completion, you are certified to dive to 40 ft / 12 m under the supervision of a PADI professional. You can upgrade to full Open Water Diver later by completing the remaining academics and dives, here or at any PADI center worldwide. What is included All scuba gear sized for you, optional wetsuit, tanks and weights, instructor in the water, bottled water and light snacks, shade, easy ladder entry, oxygen and first aid, and all required fees. With Manta there are no hidden dock or park fees. Who can join Ages 10+ who can swim and are in good health. A standard dive medical questionnaire is required. If any item calls for a doctor’s clearance, please bring it so we can train as scheduled. Non-diving companions may join as riders or snorkelers if space allows.
