PADI Scuba Diver Upgrade (1 Day ) ISLA

Service Description

Already a PADI Scuba Diver and ready for the full Open Water certification? This one day upgrade completes your remaining academics, skills, and the final two ocean dives so you can dive independently with a buddy to 18 m or 60 ft. Before you arrive Finish the remaining PADI eLearning modules for Open Water and bring your eRecord or proof of completion. If you do not already have access from your Scuba Diver course, additional eLearning purchase may be required. Bring your Scuba Diver card and any referral paperwork. Schedule Check in 7:30 am at our Isla Mujeres shop. We start with gear fitting and a short confined water review in shallow, calm conditions to refresh buoyancy, mask clear, regulator use, and basic hand signals. After a quick break, board the boat around 12:00 pm for Dives 3 and 4 on local reefs or MUSA, practicing essential skills with relaxed touring. Return late morning to early afternoon for a brief review and certification sign off. What is included All scuba gear sized for you, optional wetsuit, tanks and weights, instructor in the water, bottled water and light snacks, shade, easy ladder entry, oxygen and first aid, and required fees. With Manta there are no hidden dock or park fees. Who can join Ages 10+ who can swim and are in good health, holding a valid PADI Scuba Diver certification. A standard dive medical questionnaire is required. If any item indicates you need a doctor’s clearance, please bring it so we can train as scheduled. Non divers can join as riders or snorkelers if space allows.
