Been out of the water a while? This is the PADI ReActivate program with two dives, for certified divers who want to shake off the rust before diving properly again. WHO THIS IS FOR You are a certified diver, but it has been long enough that you would rather not jump straight onto a regular tour. There is no minimum or maximum time away. If you feel rusty, this is the right booking. HOW IT WORKS You start with a refresher on the skills that fade first: mask clearing, regulator recovery, buoyancy and safety procedures. Then you dive. Dive one is MUSA, the Museo Subacuatico de Arte, an underwater museum of more than 500 sculptures in shallow, easy water. It is a forgiving place to get your buoyancy back, and considerably more interesting than a pool. Dive two is a nearby reef, where you settle back into normal diving with an instructor beside you. Throughout, an experienced PADI instructor works with you on buoyancy, safety procedures and underwater navigation, so you finish the day diving like yourself again. We include scuba and snorkeling gear, wetsuits, bottled water, seasonal fruits, granola bars, and all taxes and fees. Exclusions are transportation to our dive shop, gratuities, photo and video packages, and souvenirs. Check our FAQ for directions to our dive center.
