Snorkel Classic (MUSA) - Cancun

Snorkel MUSA, the Museo Subacuatico de Arte, an underwater museum of more than 500 life-sized sculptures lying in shallow, clear water off Cancun. The sculptures have been colonised over the years and are now working artificial reefs, covered in coral growth and busy with fish, which is exactly what they were sunk to become. Check in at our dive shop at 12:30 PM. We are on the water by 1:00 PM and back by 4:30 PM. You snorkel two sites, roughly 45 minutes at each. First MUSA, then a shallow reef at about 30 feet where turtles and tropical fish are common. Bottled water and snacks are on board. CAN A SNORKELER AND A DIVER COME TOGETHER? Yes. Our MUSA trip is always one boat, carrying snorkelers, certified divers, Discover Scuba beginners and course students together. Your friend books our 2 Tank MUSA dive, you book this snorkel tour, and you go out and come back on the same boat. Just tell us when you book so we keep you together. WHO CAN JOIN Anyone who can swim. No certification or experience is needed, and it works well for families and mixed ages. Everything is included: snorkeling gear, wetsuits, bottled water, snacks, and all taxes and fees. There are no dock or park fees to pay on arrival. You will only want money for gratuities, photos or souvenirs.
